Poolside Cabana Bartender

Mixes and serves beverages to members and guests and maintains a clean and orderly bar./ppMix and serve beverages to order and make appropriate charges to members account./ppPrepare drinks for server to serve and/or serves directly to members and their guests./ppResponsible for taking cocktail or food order at bar and at members table when needed./ppMaintain a sanitary condition in all bar areas at all times; strict adherence to cleaning opening and closing checklist./ppResponsible for collecting all glassware sent to kitchen for cleaning./ppSet up bar at the beginning of each shift; responsibility for requisitioning fruit from kitchen and stocking such items as beverage napkins, match books, straws, picks, clean bar towels, etc./ppStock bar, rotate inventory and report any shortage to supervisor immediately./ppResponsible for the safe handling of all club equipment to minimize damage./ppResponsible for taking daily inventory of liquors, beer./ppPolish all glassware./ppResponsible for a neat and orderly appearance at all times. Must be in proper uniform when punching in./ppResponsible for set-up of fruits and juices for portable bars. Keep reach-in and walk-in cooler in service area clean and organized and all product properly rotated./ppPerform tableside wine service according to ICC Standards./ppReport maintenance issues to Supervisor./ppTransport beer, kegs, and wine from the Main Kitchen to the PKB walk-in cooler./ppResponsible for completing totaling all bar tickets and return of all tickets to closing supervisor./ppResponsible for filling out requisition for liquor at the end of shift and turning in to closing supervisor./ppLock beer taps and all cabinets at end of shift./ppResponsible for alerting supervisor to potential problems with underage drinking or a persons over consumption of alcohol./ppResponsible for reading, understanding and adhering to the Club Bylaws and Rules, as necessary./ppReport member complaints and any rule infraction to his/her immediate supervisor, as well as compliments./ppPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor./ppMay be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds./ppMay be required to climb step stools of a height of 3 feet./ppRequires occasional bending, reaching, stretching./ppMust be able to stand for extended periods of time./ppMay be required to carry and balance loaded tray./ppMust be capable of working under pressure./ppMust be able to work in a team environment./ppMust be 18 years of age or older./ppReports to: FB Management/ppThis job description may not be all inclusive and employees are expected to perform all other duties as assigned and directed by management.
