Contracts Admin
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $31.50-38/hr DOE
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about regulatory compliance? We are seeking an SBA Compliance Coordinator to support our organization's compliance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SBA compliance tracking tools and reporting processes.
- Prepare and submit accurate SBA reports in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
- Interpret and apply SBA regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements.
- Monitor compliance risks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain SAM.gov registrations and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with business units and corporate departments to ensure consistent regulatory compliance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance analyses to support decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison with SBA representatives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, contracts administration, government contracting, project accounting, or SBA business programs.
- Knowledge of SBA regulations, FAR, and federal compliance requirements preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
