Job Overview
A law firm seeks a junior patent litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Cheyenne, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation, including federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB.
Duties
- Assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Engage in community-building and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in patent litigation.
- Outstanding academic record.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Registered patent attorney preferred.
- Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Registered patent attorney status preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
