Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Desk Staff member located in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area. The role involves managing receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent patient experience. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office management software Ability to manage tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
