Job Details Assist with discovery requests and responses. Draft pre-trial motions, including dispositive motions. Attend Court conferences, hearings, depositions and ADR. Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners. Interface with Clients and opposing counsel. Efficiently conduct legal research. Assist in the preparation of cases for trial.
