The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing the field sales districts and areas, with a focus on planning and executing sales activities to achieve maximum profitable volume. This role requires a strong background in industrial product sales, particularly in the electrical or heavy industrial markets, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. The candidate should have a proven track record in sales team management, strategic sales growth, and optimizing sales structures for performance. Experience in cross-functional roles and a background in P&L management, strategic planning, and start-up or turnaround situations are also essential. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or STEM, and have at least 5 years' of experience in sales team management. The role demands a leader who can drive a high-performing sales organization, foster a culture of customer-centric selling, and strengthen the market position of the company's products.
