Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Account Administrator to join our team. The Account Administrator is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Answer Sales calls.
- Handle customer quotations and/or inquiries.
- Process customer orders.
- Process customer credit memos.
- Expedite customer order.
- Maintain customer delivery schedule.
- Assist Purchasing, coordinate vendor deliveries.
- Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
- Provide technical information to customers.
- Originate customer complaint form.
- Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
- Monitor major customer on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.
Must Haves:
- Fastener Industry experience preferred
- MS Office proficiency
- Great organizational skills and multi-tasking
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
