This position offers the opportunity to handle all aspects of pre-trial and trial work across a range of complex litigation matters, including but not limited to: Business Litigation Employment Law Mediation Product Liability Toxic Tort Trucking and Transportation The Senior Attorney will be responsible for independently managing a caseload, developing case strategies, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. This position requires a strong understanding of California civil procedure and evidence rules, as well as excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. The Senior Attorney will also be expected to effectively supervise staff and collaborate with other attorneys to successfully complete assignments. What We Are Looking For Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California. Extensive litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling complex cases from inception through trial. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully with a diverse group of attorneys, staff, and clients. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills. Ability to effectively supervise staff and collaborate with other attorneys to successfully complete assignments. Willingness to travel to offsite locations for depositions, collecting records and information, or filing documents with courts as needed. Existing client relationships or a history of business development is a plus. What We Offer Competitive compensation in the range of $165,000-$200,000+ per year, plus bonus (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
