About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior General Manager (SGM) to join their team. The SGM will be responsible for the on-site management of specific assets, with a primary focus on ensuring client and tenant satisfaction, achieving financial results, and implementing strategic plans. This role involves overseeing property operations, including inspections, maintenance, and construction projects, as well as financial tasks such as budget preparation, and lease administration. The SGM will also be involved in business development, cross-selling services, and promoting the company's reputation in the local and regional business community. Candidates for the SGM position should have a minimum of 8 years' of commercial real estate or property management experience, with at least 5 years' in a management role. A degree in a related field is required, and industry accreditation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role also requires the ability to read and interpret legal documents, and a real estate license is necessary. The SGM will be expected to lead a team, set and achieve goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
