Campaign Operations Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Job Title: Campaign Operations Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Location: 3 days onsite at Chicago Illinois 60606 Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension Pay Range: $32/ - $38/hr. on W2 Client is open to candidates with as little as 6 months of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience, including internship experience, as long as they have hands‑on exposure to campaign execution and marketing automation. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and execution‑focused professional to join our marketing operations team, responsible for planning, building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across email, SMS, and push channels. Responsibilities Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Work within Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio to execute campaigns and automated workflows Develop and optimize customer journeys to ensure seamless customer communication Implement dynamic content, AMPscript, and personalization strategies to improve engagement Perform campaign QA/testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to delivery, data, or personalization Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
