Private Equity Vice President

We\'re partnering with a growing lower middle market private investment firm that is looking to add a Senior Associate or Vice President to its investment team. This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial platform where you\'ll work closely with senior investors and gain meaningful exposure across the entire investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, market research, portfolio company support, and helping build relationships with sponsors and other transaction professionals. Ideal Background: 3-8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or management consulting Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Interest in lower middle market investing Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to play an integral role within a growing investment platform.
