Data Entry Administrator

Enter employee timesheet data accurately and efficiently into company systems. Review and verify hours worked for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile timesheet information with payroll and tax records. Identify and resolve discrepancies in employee hours, payroll data, and tax calculations. Maintain organized records and documentation related to payroll processing. Assist with administrative duties related to payroll and reporting. Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll information. Communicate with internal team members regarding missing or incorrect timesheet information. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with numbers and perform basic reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with payroll systems. Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll reconciliation processes.
