Manufacturing Technician

Joining a dynamic manufacturing team, the full-time Manufacturing Technician will build, test, troubleshoot, and support products during the 1st shift, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Key responsibilities: Build, test, and troubleshoot products to meet customer requirements and quality standards Complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks while providing feedback on quality to team members Identify and facilitate process improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs Required qualifications: Associate's degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field, or equivalent military training High level of mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills Able to lift and install mechanical assemblies weighing up to 50 pounds Experience working from engineering drawings and following work instructions Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US
