Maintenance Technician RoleThis role is designed for experienced maintenance technicians who want to move beyond reactive maintenance and into advanced troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.If you're the technician people call when a problem won't stay fixed, if you enjoy digging into root causes, controls logic, and design flaws—and if you're ready to elevate your role without leaving the plant floor—this position was built for you.This is not a routine maintenance role.
