Building a security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) platform A single, integrated operations and analytics dashboard that enables security technology to be managed holistically rather than tool-by-tool Contextualize your existing investments and uncover gaps that need to be filled in order to improve overall cybersecurity posture Baseline any application, business unit, department, or enterprise against industry guidelines, regulatory framework, or best practices (NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA…) Don't rip and replace everything – Our platform sits on top of your existing tools and is deployed passively without interfering with business applications or resources Position Summary We have multiple applications that need the skills and expertise from the candidate we are looking for. The candidates we are looking for will be working on a fast paced challenging environment, the candidate should be willing to switch context, prioritize and work on the application that needs immediate attention. Responsibilities Lead engineering efforts from design to implementation to deployment Lead an offshore RoR Development team of 3-4 Lead full-stack development efforts Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, development productivity, and maintainability Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design for engineering excellence Work with the business to leverage software technology for the largest customer impact Skills 5+ years of experience with RoR Development Proven software development skills building large scale web applications with full-stack experience Experience with designing, building and deploying scalable and highly available systems Experience leading teams Well-rounded engineering skills Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with people Personal initiative in learning new technologies Experience using Relational Databases 1872 Consulting
