Accounting Administrator

Vaco Arizona is seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join a top company in Scottsdale. This direct-hire, onsite role offers a salary of up to $75,000/year and is perfect for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Process and manage invoices, banking transactions, and company credit card/expense programs with accuracy and timeliness Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Support accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of staff accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
