Accounting Administrator

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Scottsdale, AZ to hire an Accounting Administrator. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering up to $75,000 annually, making it an excellent fit for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to join a collaborative team. Responsibilities Handle full-cycle bookkeeping Enter and process vendor invoices Record daily bank transactions Prepare and post journal entries Manage company credit cards and employee expense reports Assist with bank reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Multi-entity accounting experience. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
