425 Downtown in Springfield, MO is looking for event bartender to join our strong team. We are located in downtown Springfield and serve both 425 Downtown and The Old Glass Place. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and pride yourself on exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you.

• Setup & Breakdown: Efficiently set up the bar station (ice, glassware, garnishes) and ensure everything is packed down and cleaned at the end of the night.
• Craft & Serve: Prepare a variety of drinks including classic cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Guest Experience: Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing high-volume orders.
• Safety First: Strictly follow alcohol service laws, check IDs, and monitor guest intoxication levels to ensure a safe environment.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace throughout the event.

• Experience: At least [1–2] years of bartending experience, preferably in events or high-volume settings.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of classic cocktails, wine pairings, and beer styles.
• Personality: A "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [50 lbs] (ice bags, kegs, or cases of soda).
