About the Job Scratch & Co. - Now Hiring Bartenders Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District. We are looking for skilled, personable bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience through quality drinks, strong service, and an engaging presence behind the bar. What We're Looking For:
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- High energy and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail in drink preparation and cleanliness.
- Team-first mindset.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to standard recipes.
- Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service at the bar.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus and offerings.
- Keep bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Work closely with servers and management to support service flow.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Strong understanding of classic cocktails and bar operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Must meet state legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
