Scratch & Co. - Now Hiring Bartenders Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District.

We are looking for skilled, personable bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience through quality drinks, strong service, and an engaging presence behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to standard recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service at the bar.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus and offerings.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work closely with servers and management to support service flow.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails and bar operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Must meet state legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
