We have partnered with a national property management company who is looking for additional Managerial or Assistant Managerial help for their 180 unit high-rise building by the river in Poughkeepsie NY!

Pay is $27/hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Affordable housing experience is necessary for this position. The main task for this role will be conducting Move-In Interviews for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day property operations and resident services
• Support leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs
• Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in accordance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and reporting
• Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Maintain property records and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
• Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and/or LIHTC programs preferred
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
