Overview Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Travel) in Aberdeen, Washington, United States. Start date: 09/08/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,220–$2,383 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $2,220–$2,383 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 night shifts Start date: 09/08/2026 Housing assistance with nearby lodging options available Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, initial assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and IV therapy per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and ensure patient safety Respond to emergencies, participate in code response, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ED team Document patient status, interventions, and care plans in the electronic medical record (Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required) Communicate clearly with physicians, mid-level providers, case management, and ancillary staff; support accurate discharge planning and patient education Maintain clinical competencies, adhere to infection control standards, and protect patient confidentiality Requirements Active RN license in Washington State or a multi-state license with Nursys verification; approved 6-hour suicide training Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS Emergency Department nursing experience; strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills Education: RN degree from an accredited program Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced ED setting RTO (time off) must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract; full availability for scheduling Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required Benefits and Support Housing assistance with options near the assignment location, including lodging and furnished studios 24/7 recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Opportunity to pick up extra shifts and extend the contract if available Fast credentialing processes to expedite start Dedicated support throughout the assignment About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
