We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is required. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet re-dooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.Why Work for Kitchen Tune-Up?We support each other and work as a team to meet our goals.We enjoy what we do and have a passion for kitchens!We want you to grow as the company grows and provide opportunities to do so.We believe in quality and reputation above all else.Benefits/Perks:Paid TrainingCompetitive CompensationBonus OpportunitiesSteady workGrowth OpportunitiesDuties & Responsibilities:Arrive to the job site on time in a logoed shirt and appropriate work clothing.Follow instructions given by the project manager.Follow Kitchen Tune-Up's customer service Trustpoints on every project and job site.Keep work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress.Prepare job site for projects and break down and clean up when complete.Perform demo of existing kitchens as jobs require.Perform cabinet modifications and installations.Perform door, panel, drawer, and hardware installations.Perform cabinet storage solution installations.Measure, cut, and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toe kick, baseboards, casings, crown, etc.).Work quickly and efficiently.Work well as part of a team.Respect customers and their homes.Qualifications:Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directionsExcellent in Assembling and installation of cabinetsAbility of cabinet modification and customizationAble to drill for hingesAble to install doors and drawer frontsAble to install roll-out trays in cabinetsAbility to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gunMust be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly levelMust take personal pride in a job well done the first timeSkills and Requirements:Stellar work ethicStrong trim carpentry skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow directionsMust be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly levelAble to drill for hingesAble to install doors and drawer frontsAble to install roll-out trays in cabinetsAble to cut and install moldings and trim, including crown moldingAble to safely operate power hand tools, including a drill, table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gunMust take personal pride in a job well done the first time· Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.Additional Skills (preferred but not required): Prior experience in cabinet refacing. Prior experience in painting cabinets. Prior experience in cabinet resurfacing. Prior experience in wood restoration. Prior experience in installing flooring (wood, LVT and/or Tile).
