Major Incident Lead — 24/7 IT Resilience

Kentro is seeking a Major Incident Coordinator for the VA ESOM contract to ensure reliability of IT services for the VA. Based in Austin, you will oversee incident response, coordinate teams, participate in bridge calls, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven reporting. At 24/7 shifts, you will mentor junior staff and align changes with ITIL practices.
