Orangetheory Fitness Newtown is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workouts. If you bring the energy, we’ll bring the opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact, every class, every day.

Please note : Midday and early evening availability is required. As part of the team, you'll have a set schedule , but we also require flexible availability to support your fellow coaches when needed. This includes the ability to cover early- and mid-morning, afternoon, and early-evening classes.

What You’ll Do:

·       Coach members through heart rate-based interval training

·       Motivate, educate, and ensure safe, effective workouts

·       Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals

·       Demonstrate and guide proper use of all studio equipment

·       Collaborate with a passionate, driven team

What You Bring:

·        Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA)

·       AED/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

·       High energy, a strong coaching presence, and a team-first mindset

·       An outgoing, engaging personality that connects with all types of people
