Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
• Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
