Registered Nurse – Oncology

Schedule: Day Shift, 5 x 8s, M - F, 8am to 5pm

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• BLS: Required
• 1 year of experience in oncology
• Must have worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in an oncology setting.
• Assess and monitor patient health status throughout treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and care instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

Ensure to include RTO, Birthdate, and Social. Admin fee has been deducted from rate. No Call required.
