Seasonal Store Lead - Merchandising & Guest Service

A seasonal retail company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pottstown to support the Store Manager in staffing and store operations. Responsibilities include merchandising, controlling expenses, and ensuring high levels of Guest Services. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess prior retail management experience. The job requires physical stamina including 8+ hours of standing and the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
