Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Project Management and Application teams. This role provides hands‑on experience within an OEM environment, assisting with project coordination, resource planning, process improvement initiatives, documentation management, and internal collaboration efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technology‑savvy, and interested in learning how a complex organization supports customers, installations, and operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with resource planning and scheduling activities for customer projects and installations. Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks throughout project lifecycles. Track project action items, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion. Assist with post‑installation documentation, closeout activities, and record management. Support data collection and reporting for operational metrics and planning processes. Help coordinate communication and collaboration activities across internal departments. Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SharePoint sites and team resources. Create and update training materials, presentations, and process documentation. Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. Requirements Please note that this is an in‑person position, and applicants must be located in Houston, TX, in order to be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to ask thoughtful questions and seek clarification when needed. Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience with SharePoint, website management, or content management systems is a plus. Interest in project management, operations, process improvement, or customer support functions.
