About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational excellence of its global go-to-market organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and scaling a high-performance, data-driven revenue engine, with a focus on modernizing and integrating systems, and leveraging AI and analytics to drive productivity and decision-making. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, particularly in the areas of forecasting accuracy, process optimization, and enabling high-performing global sales teams. The VP will be at the forefront of revenue strategy and planning, sales operations excellence, tools and systems, performance and insights, and cross-functional leadership, and will be expected to build and lead a world-class Sales Operations function. Applicants for the VP of Revenue Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales operations or RevOps, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, and a strong background in B2B SaaS revenue organizations. The role requires deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics, as well as hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern GTM tech stacks. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience in global, multi-region environments. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in HR tech or SaaS scale-ups, familiarity with AI tools in sales, and a background in consulting, finance, or analytics. The role is critical for the company's continued rapid growth, and the VP will be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and measurable impact within the Sales Operations function.
