Work Location: Courtyard Elmhurst - 370 N. IL-83, Elmhurst, IL 60126
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17 per hour
Able to work AM and PM Shifts

Job Overview

Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare menu items and specials following recipes and plating specifications.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
Ensure equipment is used correctly and maintained properly.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
Restock supplies and manage inventory.
Adhere to state health regulations and hotel standards.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
1 year of restaurant experience preferred
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work on your feet for long periods
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to follow specific set-up requirements
