For more information, visit us at Title: Order Entry SpecialistLocation: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office, Monday–Friday) Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support order processing and data entry within our corporate office. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our Oracle ERP system, supporting order workflow operations, and performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed.Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is highly preferred, especially for candidates familiar with interpreting raw EDI data and supporting trading partner setups.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and process customer orders in Oracle ERPReview and accurately input order data with a high level of attention to detailSupport EDI order processing and assist with interpreting raw EDI data (preferred)Assist with testing EDI transmissions and maintaining documentation for trading partner setups (plus)Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, to support EDI data flow and issue resolutionAnalyze customer order requirements and ensure proper processing workflowsMaintain organized records, reports, and order documentation as neededPerform general office support tasks (filing, scanning, copying, data entry, typing)Requirements2+ years of order processing or order management experienceExperience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems preferredEDI knowledge strongly preferred (order processing, data interpretation, or transmission testing)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and numbersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environmentHighly organized, dependable, and quick to learn new systemsPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)EDI transaction analysis or trading partner setup experienceExperience working with IT or technical teams on data workflowsFamiliarity with supply chain or order fulfillment processes
