About the Role Etico Management is looking for a motivated Leasing & Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and administrative logistics during the upcoming Fall term. Key Responsibilities Property Operations: Assist with coordinating property logistics, tracking maintenance requests, and organizing vendor schedules. Resident Relations: Support resident communications, help draft notices, and assist with inquiries or onboarding documentation. Administrative Support: Help maintain accurate digital files, organize property management tracking sheets, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense logs. Listing & Leasing Support: Help monitor and update active property listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and other platforms to support leasing efforts. Research & Analysis: Support market research on rental trends, competitor pricing, and local vendor options to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and basic organization tech. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the operational side of real estate. Reliable transportation required (for property visits).
