CNC Machine OperatorOur client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Clare, MIPay Range: $21Shift: 2nd - 4 pm to 12 am 3rd - 10 pm to 8 am (Sunday night start)What's the Job?Operate and perform set-ups on CNC machines across multiple platforms, including mills and lathesContribute to the production of high-quality products by managing machine operations independently from start to finishRun multiple CNC machines simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and precisionUtilize Inventor CAM software to create 2.5 – 5-axis mill and mill-turn toolpath strategiesMonitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operationWhat's Needed?High school diploma or GEDExpertise in reading blueprints and using a tape measureAt least 3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with Inventor CAM softwarePhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with CNC machining and advanced software toolsPotential for career growth within the organizationSupportive team environment focused on safety and qualityCompetitive pay rate and stable employment
