Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based services
• Skillful in evaluation, diagnosis, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child's IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in adherence to school and legal requirements
