Social Media Content Creator

Key characteristics for this role include:Experience filming and photographing for both horizontal and vertical content.Having a creative vision and the capacity for strategic thinkingResilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentEmbodying a passion for justice and the clients we serveAbility to self-manage projects, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentKeeping up on the latest social media trendsExceptional organization skillsJob description:Create branded content (stagnant and video form) for our social media sites including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and schedulingAnalyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.Qualifications:Must have a minimum of two years prior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm Excellent computer skills including Canva Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.Minimum of a two-year degreeExperience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.
