Job Summary Organize and lead project from inception to completion. Responsible for managing the four key elements of all projects: scope, resources, time and budget. Coordinate project resources and facilitate the many relationships within the project – whether with customers, team members, internal and external constituents or any variety of stakeholders – and function as the central point of contact for all project‑related information. Supports senior project managers in the preparation and maintenance of project management deliverables. Job Responsibilities Accomplishes work through others. Decisions typically related to resources, project approach, and tactical operations. Results have significant impact on costs and the achievement of function objectives or project‑based goals. Makes decisions for large‑scale projects, a closely related set of projects and initiatives involving own and possibly related functional areas. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines tactical approach, resources, schedules and goals. Works within general guidelines; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems for a function. Regularly manages large‑scale projects/activities or a very closely related set of projects/activities. Responsible for performance reviews, promotional decisions, and pay actions for support and professional levels. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Organizational Management. Previous work leadership or senior level contributor experience. 7-10 years in area of specialization. Accomplishes work through others.
