ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Our organization is actively looking for Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Interventional Cardiologists to become part of our dedicated healthcare team at Cavalon Place, situated just west of Seattle in Silverdale, Washington.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule focused on outpatient non-interventional clinical practice. You will have access to onsite cardiovascular and specialized testing services, which include:

• EKGs
• Zio patch placements
• Holter monitors
• Pacemaker interrogations
• Stress testing
• Coumadin clinic

Additionally, you will be required to take hospital call one weekend every few weeks, conveniently located just a block away at St. Michael Medical Center.

The guaranteed minimum base salary for this position ranges from $515,000 to $575,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses. There is a significant demand for non-interventional cardiology services in our community, allowing you to rapidly develop a thriving practice!

This is a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group offering:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The guaranteed minimum base salary for this position is between $515,000 and $575,000 annually, with immediate bonus potential. This salary range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. Our compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.

Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is contingent upon full-time employment in the assigned job classification/description, in accordance with the current PSA agreement. Our organization currently provides the following benefits for eligible full-time employees:
