Coordinator III

We are seeking a Coordinator III – Human Resources to provide leadership and oversight for key HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, credentialing and assignment monitoring, employee relations, leaves and accommodations, and HR compliance. This position also serves as the Title IX Coordinator for staff and is responsible for receiving and investigating employee complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and potential violations of District policy. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can ensure consistent and compliant HR practices, and provide excellent customer services to NUSD current and future staff. Requirements / Qualifications: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities could qualify someone for this position. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Education: Equivalent to a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, public administration, education, organizational leadership, or a closely related field.
