Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience working directly with domestic violence survivors or in a related advocacy role. Strong knowledge of domestic violence dynamics, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention techniques. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related discipline. Certification in domestic violence advocacy or related specialized training. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with legal and healthcare systems. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the community. Familiarity with grant writing and program development to support service expansion. Responsibilities: Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence.
