- Start : ASAP
- Requirement : Must be BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Geriatrics Certified
- Procedures : Typical primary care duties, fully outpatient
- PPD : TO be discussed during interview
- Support Staff : Full office staff
- Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Credentialing : 60-90 days
- Salary : 250-280k base, Bonus and Sign On Bonus
