Center Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview Above & Beyond Therapy (ABT) is expanding into Colorado and is looking for local Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Fairfax area. The role offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities, with a salary of up to $110,000 per year paid bi‑weekly. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design individualized treatment plans of care. Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians. Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual. Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor the progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans. Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries. Qualifications Valid BCBA certificate. Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between assignments. Planned relocation or reliable commute to Fairfax, Colorado. BCBA (required).
