Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Arlington, VA $95,000 – $115,000/year | Full-Time | Hybrid | In-Home ABA | $8,000 Sign-On Bonus Galaxy ABA Therapy is growing our Northern Virginia team and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Arlington, VA area. You'll be part of a clinician-led practice providing thoughtful, family-centered in-home ABA services to clients ages 2–21 throughout the DMV. What Sets Galaxy ABA Apart Strong base pay: $95,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience $8,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate Hybrid structure — split your week between in-home sessions and remote admin/report writing Reasonable caseloads built around clinical depth, not productivity quotas Active mentorship, supervision hours, and continuing education support A practice culture that puts clinicians at the center of decision-making Pay & Perks Annual salary of $95,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and caseload) $8,000 sign-on bonus Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and observed holidays CEU reimbursement and a professional development stipend Mileage reimbursement for travel to client homes What You'll Do Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Oversee, train, and provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Use data to monitor client progress and refine treatment programming Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and outside providers to support each client's goals Practice in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines and internal clinical standards What We're Looking For BCBA certification, current and in good standing with the BACB Virginia LBA license, or eligibility to apply for one Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs Clear, professional written and verbal communication Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for in-home visits Nice to Have Background in home-based ABA service delivery Working knowledge of the Northern Virginia / DMV area and local school systems Spanish/English bilingual ability Clinical experience spanning early intervention through adolescent and young adult populations INDBCA #J-18808-Ljbffr
