Deliver individualized therapy aimed at enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions.

Engage with an interdisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family support, to develop holistic care plans.

Provide education for patients and their families to facilitate growth towards therapy goals outside of clinic hours.

Assist with inpatient therapy evaluations on occasion, ensuring seamless care throughout the therapeutic process.

Keep documentation precise and timely, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Participate in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in the field through educational opportunities and partnerships.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is still pending.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for speech, language, and swallowing therapy across all ages and varied diagnoses.

Strong interpersonal communication abilities for seamless collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Flexibility in adapting therapy methods to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds and linguistic abilities.
