Project CoordinatorThis role is perfect for those who:Seek an opportunity for growth in the healthcare construction industry.Are looking to advance in their career by overseeing intricate healthcare projects.Thrive in a collaborative setting with clients and project teams.Excel in managing projects within busy hospital and clinical settings.Responsibilities:Ensure successful completion of healthcare construction projects through effective processes, scheduling, and project managementLead teams on projects at hospitals, medical offices, and clinical facilitiesMaintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineersOversee projects in active healthcare environments, minimizing disruptions to patient careAssist the preconstruction team as neededSupport business growth through RFP submissions and client meetings within the healthcare sectorLead various meetings including OAC and project status reviewsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirementsQualifications:We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of construction experience, with a focus on healthcare projectsDemonstrated expertise in hospital renovations, working in active healthcare environments, and managing complex MEP systemsAbility to oversee multiple projects and teams in regulated environmentsProficiency in cultivating client relationships and supporting business growthExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong client management abilities, particularly with healthcare systems and facility teamsPreferred experience with Bluebeam and ProcoreSalary Range: $125,000-175,000
