Location: Cave Creek, AZ 85327 (Latitude 33.833587, Longitude -111.943307) Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Visits in North Valley (Cave Creek & Anthem) We are an accredited U.S. healthcare provider seeking an RN to conduct home health visits in the North Valley area. Benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Vision, dental, and medical health plans Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit Employee assistance program Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay Scholarship opportunities One-on-one training Recognition programs and referral bonuses Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager Execute and properly document doctors’ orders Perform client assessments as necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch‑pad tablet Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Arizona Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Prior home care experience preferred but not required Graduation from an accredited nursing program (school transcript or diploma) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ability to travel to assigned cases BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
