Regional Operations Director — NYC & Long Island

PM Pediatrics is looking for an inspiring and motivated Regional Operations Director for our Long Island and NYC locations. This role will oversee 8-12 urgent care sites, manage a portfolio with ~$10-30M in P&L, and lead a team of ~100 members toward achieving defined goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of healthcare management experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop staff are essential.
