Do you have excellent customer service experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Seasonal Guest Relations Specialist positions in Knoxville, TN.  

Details for Seasonal Guest Relations Specialist Position:  

• $20 / Hour  

• Full-Time | Short-Term Temp

• This is an on-site position   

• Starting in October 2026 through early January 2027, with the potential to end sooner or extend based on business needs and guest volume 

• available to work evenings, weekends, and throughout our peak Christmas season. 

• Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are scheduled days off 

Job Duties for Seasonal Guest Relations Specialist Position:  

• Deliver friendly, solution-focused guest support by phone, live chat, email, and SMS 

• Assist with orders, shipment tracking, returns, billing questions, and guest concerns 

• Strive for fast, first-contact resolution while building guest trust and loyalty 

• Navigate multiple systems to research issues and provide accurate information 

• Maintain knowledge of brands, products, promotions, and company policies 

• Document guest interactions accurately while protecting confidentiality and following compliance standards 

• Partner with team members and leaders to resolve complex situations 

• Support a positive, collaborative team environment during the busy season 

• Follow company policies and safeguard guest personal information  

• Completes any other related tasks as needed  

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Seasonal Guest Relations Specialist Position:  

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred  

• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency with computers and Google Workspace 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Six months or more of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a contact center 

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred 

• Availability to work evenings and weekends 

• Ability to sit for extended periods 

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
