Onboarding Consultant

This role is crucial in ensuring clients quickly realize the value and benefits of Bonterra Tech’s offerings Lead and manage the onboarding process for new Bonterra Tech clients from kick-off to successful adoption Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific business needs, workflows, and goals Develop and deliver tailored onboarding plans, including configuration, data migration, and user training Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on utilizing Bonterra Tech’s software effectively Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a coordinated and positive client experience Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, training materials, and guides Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and key success metrics Identify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding workflow Benefits Work in office: Join us in our Austin, Texas, or Washington, D.C. offices if you live nearby Work remotely: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with our work-from-home option.
