Customer Service Representative Location: Grapevine, TX (ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced freight and delivery environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, monitoring delivery activity, and coordinating changes while maintaining a high level of service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. What You'll Do

- Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes
- Communicate with drivers and business partners regarding delivery activity
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
- Maintain accurate information while handling multiple tasks
- Provide timely solutions and follow through on customer concerns
- At least 1 year of customer service experience , preferably in a call center environment
- Experience answering customer inquiries and resolving problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Experience with transportation, freight, logistics, or delivery operations
- Experience with other business applications
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Fast-paced freight and logistics environment
