Role Description The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Keller, TX, responsible for managing the escrow process for residential real estate transactions from opening to closing. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing escrow and closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, and ensuring all funds and documents are accurately received, recorded, and disbursed. The role involves verifying title commitments, resolving escrow-related issues, balancing files, and maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The Escrow Officer will provide responsive customer service, explain closing documents clearly, oversee signings including notarial acts where required, and support a smooth, timely closing experience for all parties. Qualifications Strong escrow management skills, including experience handling Escrow accounts and coordinating Closings. Ability to perform Notary services in line with state requirements and best practices. Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions, documents, and closing procedures. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Familiarity with title insurance, real estate or escrow software systems is beneficial. Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Agent, or in a similar real estate or title role preferred.
